Kids Horsemanship Holiday Program

Are you looking for an exciting, horse based activity for your kid in the school holidays? Do you need to find your horse-loving kid a novel birthday gift? Would you like to spend some time learning a bit more about horses and help to support RREAL Inc. at the same time?

We are offering "RREAL Kids Horsemanship" classes over the school holidays.

These classes will run for one and a half hours and incorporate an "on the ground" session with a horse, learning about communicating effectively with horses and people. This is followed by a reflection session and short snack break which allows the student to reflect on what they have learned. The final stage of the session is working with a horse to complete a challenge set by the facilitator.

Students will receive a Certificate of Completion and a small keepsake to remind them of their experience.

Proceeds from these classes will help to support RREAL Inc. as we work to make Equine Assisted Learning available to disadvantaged and disengaged youth on the Sunshine Coast.

Classes are for one or two participants at a time only. (Groups of 3 are by negotiation).

Cost for 1.5 hours for one person is $65.

Cost for 1.5 hours for 2 participants in the same group is $120.

All payments must be made at time of booking to secure the time slot. In the case of inclement weather fees will be refunded or another booking time may be arranged.
